Our promise to you
At Skincare Junkie, our goal is simple: to deliver skincare that really works—without causing new problems. Every formula is dermatologist-developed to be effective, clean, and gentle enough for even sensitive, reactive skin. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. Because skincare is personal, returns are considered on a case-by-case basis.

To be eligible for review, products should be mostly unused or gently tested, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We are unable to accept returns on:
– Heavily used or emptied products
– Final sale items
– Gift cards

Exchanges

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be mostly unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
